206 Study on the integration of significant and community leaders to vaccination program in the province of South-Kivu

INTRODUCTION 
The health policy of the Democratic Republic of Congo has the benefit of the vaccination program by creating a Branch called "EPI" in acronym ENP This program provided a number of efforts to achieve a high rate of vaccination, but unfortunately this to this day remains a real problem at any level disturbing the national and international health authorities. The vaccine coverage rate is still below 50% and the integration of dignitaries and community leaders is almost nonexistent. In the province of South Kivu in the eastern DR Congo, the vaccination program runs multiple problems of cultural, socio-economic inaccessibility of vaccines in all villages, roads and securities in disrepair full and limited management of the program of vaccinations to health workers ignoring the influences of leaders and community leaders in the vaccination program.

RESULTS:
retrograde culture of the rural population with false rumors about vaccines and the socio-economic factor limiting access to vaccines for the people of the interior, the integration of traditional chiefs and notables capital and is very much influence the massive support of the population program of vaccines; infrastructure problems; kits vaccine means displacement relays and community awareness of the vaccine are low.
CONCLUSION:
The integration of local notables and leaders in the vaccination program is very important, low immunization coverage is influenced by sociocultural, economic, lack of means of travel to community outreach within the province.
