Health is an existential good and health care is a social need. The social organisation of health care should be orientated to that need. It should put concrete forms in the rights and laws which are decided democratically. It should not be regulated by other aims and interests which are determined by the market and profit because they cannot be by itself democratic and humane. The right to health is a human right. Under ethical aspects it is not to be commercialised. It don´t lend itself to be marketed, without destroying its meaning
