Introduction:
Hospitals have an important role in providing and increasing physical and mental health of society. Ministry of Health executed the reform of management- economical structure for hospital with 6 important strategies :modern organizing, clerk’s activities management, practical budget, maintenance management, outsourcing , Information system in pilot hospital .In this article , aims , methods and ways of doing the project , the effects of 6 strategies on the quality of services and difficulties of the project are explained.
Methods:
After experiences of other countries , principles , criteria, questionnaires and checklists were designed and were sent to pilot hospital.After the installation of the strategies each of these tools were filled. The data were analyzed with statistical methods , and compared with last periods . At the end the effect of each strategy on quality improvement was examined.
Findings :
Findings of the survey showed that the possibility of doing the outsourcing strategy was more and the modern organizing was less than the other. performing outsourcing strategy had a positive effect on clerks and patients satisfactory and reducing expenses. Performing activity management led to more efforts from clerk for more working and more quality and justice in paying wages . performing practical budget led to finding expense .
Conclusion:
Those 6 strategies have noticed to all sources of hospitals and have noticed, to all principles for a hospital to achieve it s aims such as patients and clerks satisfactory , reducing expenses that led to increasing productivity .
But this project wasn,t done completely in hospitals, because of economical , political, social ,cultural and organizational situation and lack of same necessary structures and qualifications . the project didn’t have any influence in increasing the quality of services and customers satisfaction
