INTRODUCTION:The of is a country with a low prevalence of HIV. However, health problems do not have borders, the same as diseases, especially HIV/AIDS.

AIM: Build the knowledge and capacity of the most-at-risk populations, as successful prevention with this population will reduce the spread of HIV within vulnerablegroups The main goal of the our national strategy is to maintain low HIV prevalence in the country with HIV prevention among most-at-risk populations, coordination and capacity building.

MATERIAL AND METHOD: Through the implementation of the program supported by the Global Fund to fight against HIV/AIDS in Public health institute  work  centar for voluntary counseling and HIV testing. We currently provide a team  who can support every person who is considering a test. All referrals to the specialist service are treated with the highest degree of confidentiality.

RESULTS:From all persons 75% ar man, and 25% are women. There are lots of reasons that people get tested for HIV: had sex without a condom; had multiple sexual partners; use drugs or had a recent diagnosis of another sexually ransmitted infection. Age: from 19-30 years old. (only one was 14 years old).Use condoms:29.9% always use condom; 20.7%-never and 49.4 rarely use condoms.

CONCLUSION: Over 70% of all persons have unsafe sex. Unprotected sex is the primary mode of HIV transmission. People with concurrent sexual partners are significantly more likely to contract HIV than those who practice serialmonogamy.

With the support of the international organisations of have in the first place focused on the collection,systematisation and analysis of the facts about HIV/AIDS and strengthen regional capacity to plan and coordinate an effective response to the HIV/AIDS spread.
