The relevance of research is contributed with the factor that early beginning of sexual relations and the contraceptive behavior of teenagers often lead to undesirable pregnancy and deliveries, which can have unfavorable consequences due to the immaturity of female organism.
The object of research: the study of health troubles, course of pregnancy and delivery among the teenagers.
The health status, the course of pregnancy and delivery were studied in the main group (included 65 pregnant teenagers females of 15 years old), and in the control group (included 65 primopregnant females of 20-22 years old selected by case-control).
The majority of females had no somatic pathology (67.6% and 63.1%). Only among the teenagers there were oligophrens (3%). There were the reproductive system's inflammatory diseases of unspecific etiology at the gynecological anamnesis in the main group (10.8% and 1.5%). The significant differences were noted according to the frequency of the late gestosis (49.3% and 30.8%). The most frequent differences were revealed according to the special features of delivery's course. The amount of pathologic deliveries was 61.5% in the main group and 41.5% in the control group, among them: the premature deliveries (18.5% and 6.2%), the delivery's weakness (33.8% and 13.3%), vacuum-extraction (12.3% and 3.1%), the ruptures (9.2% and 1.5%). Among the newborns of females from the main group there were more often prematurely born babies (18.5% versus 6.2%), pneumopathy (12.3% and 3.1%), intrauterine hypotrophy (9.2% and 1.5%) and birth trauma (9.2% and 1.5%).
The teenager's age is a risk factor of the pathologic course of pregnancy and deliveries among the females and the pathology of the newborn. The prophylaxis of the precocious pregnancy first includes the early effective contraceptive behavior. In case of desirable pregnancy it is nece ssary to take care of the young females during the period of pregnancy.
