Mobility and readiness play an important role in saving lives in disasters and extraordinary situations. Therefore, Mobile Health Care Facilities have to move rapidly, be installed in a short time and be easily operated.
But, because that the fixed health services and their supporting infrastructures are not adequate in the mission area, it is essential that the necessary supporting sub units should be included in the mobile health units, in order to provide personnel with suitable working conditions and to make those units self-sufficient.
Depending on the contents, those supporting units, increase the volume of the Mobile Health Care units and may reduce the their reaction time in terms of installation and operation.
In this study, we will discuss the optimization the conflicting requirements as speed and self sufficiency.
Learning Objectives: Discuss the optimization the conflicting requirements as reaction speed and self sufficiency of Mobile Health Care Facilities
