One of the most important factors which influences in infants growth it is kind of nutrition during childhood.
The aim of this study was to determine relationship between the mean of length of six month infants with kind of nutrition also comparing the mean of infants length with N.C.H.S standard in that same age. Sample size was all six month infants who cover by health care services. The data information was gathered from the health houses during one month.
There wasn’t any significant relationship between the length of infants with kind of nutrition and the time of complementary of feeding. The mean of length of infants only in the centiles of ten percent was more than N.C.H.S standard and in another centiles were equal.
In addition, although it has not seen relationship between length of infants and kind of nutrition, but they have satisfactory growth in length indicator compared with N.C.H.S.
