216 Climate Changes and Its Affection on Tropical Countries Health

Learning Objectives: As the public health student in University of Indonesia, I am really attracted to contribute in solving and discussing health issue globally. A student in my perspective is how to conduct critics and any research about the issue. Skill competencies had is analyzing and contributing for giving knowledge and issue related. I experience the climate change that gives many effects, especially bad evidences for health. Tropical countries are areas or regions crossed by 0 line in where they have many health issues related to pathogen microorganism, distinguish to other countries around the world. The objectives got from this writing can be mentioned as (1) recognize the the characteristics of the disease conducted by climate changes in tropical country, (2) Priorities problem we can prevent as the public health workers from the easiest to the hard, (3) Analyze method to prevent the harm and health effect of climate changes that can be implement with the condition of the target countries , (4) Create ordered and dynamic steps and strategies to solve the health problem of climate changes around the tropical countries by empowering communities , (5) Discuss how to stop and reduce climate change and its effect on health through multi-diciplines such as economic, politic, and etc, (6) Construct a model or flowchart of the system preventing the health problem related with climate changes and publishe it into poster or brochure given to people, (7) Articulate SOP for assessing civil health on the target area conducting with health problem caused by climate changes, (8) Describe pathogen organism contributing to disease in tropical countries and they condition when the climate changes, (9) Apply the technological approaches to calculate and survey the data of public health burden caused by climate changes, (10) Asses the nutritional and hygiene side to help making a policy to solve the public health problem in tropical countries, (11) Evaluate old public health policies in some tropical countries and try to renew it with the better ones, (12) Identify new pathogen generation and the potential hazard that must be controlled by public health worker in order to reduce the higher risk, (13) Develop new ideas to empower tropical countries in order to fight the climate change and to protect themselves from diseases, (14)Define the indicators of successful goal policies, and (15) List the composition of the general society in tropical disease based on their knowledge of health, sex, age, and awareness of the climate changes and its effect on health.
