Materials and methods: the methodological structure is composed of three flexible modules, interlinked and raised to integrate human resources, methodological support, context and the social function that plays. There are no rules of procedure to regulate and evaluated institutional practices. Conclusions: The construction of seventy-five custom files, together with a schedule of training internal to and from the members. Clarification and dissemination of the corporate purpose, mission and vision, as well as areas and responsible institutional, restoring the spaces and services to the public in general. Planning of care and prevention of HIV/AIDS and STI from sustainability projects. The call for a national workshop for strengthening other 50 institutions for regional models of monitoring, follow-up and institutional strengthening of civil society to work in HIV/AIDS.
Learning Objectives: Strengthen the institutional structure of Mexican civil society work on HIV/AIDS for the planned and strategic development of projects and programmes of high impact on populations in conditions of marginalization, social exclusion and extreme poverty. Identify strategies for action and networking for the construction of instruments for the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS.
