Brazil today has a network of public health taken as a model for all the world. Through the Unified Health System (SUS), all Brazilian or foreigner here you are, have the entitled to attend in any public health unit. With just over 20 years that this system is the largest social policy in Brazil also faces problems of financing, management and corruption, the latter being the biggest driving problems now facing public health in the country. Through the perception that the user of SUS is also part of this system, we health students at the University of Brasilia we started developing the project in Struggle Collective Health, aimed at educating users to the improvement of their own care, and preservation of structures and services. The action plan of the project is done by the visitation of hospitals, and clinics. During the visits we take the information to patients in two ways: A conversation with users, ensuring a mutual exchange of information, and distribution of materials and primers specific to education and awareness of the regulars of the public, showing them that their attitudes based on the rights and duties also reflect directly on the representation of the system today and what can still be.
