Introduction: Games are a unique tool for health. When they are well designed to motivate health behavior change, they can improve players’ health.

Aim: The goal of the project is to advance the innovation and effectiveness of health games so that they help people improve their health-related behaviors. As a result they achieve significantly better health outcomes.

Methodology: Game has been analyzed taking into account the strategy to promote healthy lifestyle. A group of people representing different social groups have been surveyed using own questionnaire. Survey have been conducted before and after the group played the game.

Results: Results will be shown on a poster at the World Congress in Addis Ababa.

Conclusions: My project shows the board game. It is a fantastic tool to learn how to stay fit and healthy. It may change behaviors in such areas as healthy eating, physical activity, smoking cessation, asthma self-management, diabetes self-management etc. These studies demonstrate the vast impact and potential of health games.
